Krakow is a Polish town known for having one of the youngest demographics in Europe and is one of the best places to live in Poland. Many young people initially come to this city for studies. With such a large pool of smart and talented people connecting into one place, backed up by the rise of the Internet, Krakow’s digital work sphere started booming.
The city is now full of entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and other experts in areas such as IT, marketing, content creation, and similar new-age jobs.
Digital jobs are moving more and more people out of corporate offices and into their own space.
Many now enjoy the comfort of a work-from-home lifestyle. However, some people still require a professional space where they can meet with their work partners, clients, and like-minded individuals.
The culture of working from cafes has been on the rise in the past two decades until we finally saw the creation of coworking spaces. There are plenty of them in Krakow, ranging from small cafes with fast internet, to full-scale office buildings explicitly designed for coworking. Here are our 11 favorites, and two not so great, coworking spaces in Krakow:
- Cluster Cowork Jozefitow 8
- OffOffice Coworking
- Czysta Coworking
- Office&Cowork Center Krasinskiego 4/12
- Cowork Mrowisko
- Coworking Rynek 28
- Office&Coworking Zamkowa 2a
- Rise.PL Fabryczna Office Park
- Yolk CoWorking
- Rise.PL 65A Krolewska
- Iterators Cowork Krakow

ToggleOur Favorite Coworking Space in Krakow Is Cluster Cowork Jozefitow 8
Source: Cluster
Cluster Cowork is a brand of coworking spaces with two offices in Krakow. The one located on the Jozefitow 8 street was our love at first sight. The high ceiling and ventilation keep the rooms airy, while the tall windows let lots of natural light inside.
The interior of the place is colorful, while the workplace design is kept minimal to reduce distractions. This is exactly what we look for in a coworking space—a professional-looking environment that turns laid back and casual the moment you step out of the office.
There are plenty of social and learning events taking place here, and members get to be part of the group Slack channel, which helps kickstart new connections. This is also one of the few places that have coliving arrangements as well. The location is superb, being a few minute’s walk from the city center.
The only issue people may have is the slightly higher than average prices, especially for private office spaces.

OffOffice Coworking
Source: OffOffice Facebook
OffOffice comes in a close second and is one of the most well-rounded coworking spaces in Krakow. If it had slightly more space, it would easily take #1 on our list. It’s also one of the few places where you can register your Virtual Office. This allows you to have a stable business address, mail service, and receptionist at your disposal.
Depending on your agreement, you will be granted free access to conference rooms where you can bring clients, as well as have your logo displayed on a plaque at the entrance.
Basic refreshments (water, tea, and coffee) are free. There are snacks for purchase on-site, and you can order catering with the company. OffOffice puts a large emphasis on community building, with members enjoying perks such as:
- Community dinner and drinking events
- Facebook group for members
- Organized sports team
- Social and learning events
When you’re tired, help yourself to the outdoor terrace or lounge area, where you can relax or even take a nap on beanbags or hammocks. Otherwise, play some of the available board or arcade games with other members.
The only possible downside to this location is that it’s relatively far from the city center.

Czysta Cowork
Source: Czysta
Czysta Cowork is a space made by people who work remotely in the IT sector, so they knew exactly what they were doing when creating it. The space is well equipped, and the interior is lightly designed—the walls are not empty and bland, but not distracting either.
When you’re not working, help yourself to the lounge area, open-air terrace, or meditation room.
You can use a fully equipped kitchen that also has a washing machine or help yourself to a shower. These are great additions for those staying in Krakow for longer. The offices are located in an apartment building, just left of the city center. The team behind the space also promises to share connections and knowledge with people in a similar branch of work.

Office&Cowork Center Krasinskiego 4/12
Source: Office&Co
The brand Office&Cowork Center has multiple offices around Poland and Krakow. The first one we want to talk about is located in Krasinskiego 4/12 street, a few minute’s walk from the city center. Inside the offices is an elegant, minimalistic design. The interior is mostly white, with splashes of color coming from art and furniture. This coworking space provides users with free unlimited access to office supplies, including:
- Printer
- Scanner
- Flipchart
- Projector, etc.
Basic refreshments—water, tea, coffee—are also free. Users have access to a full kitchen and even showers on-site.
Cowork Mrowisko
Source: Cowork Mrowisko
Another small but must-mention coworking space is Cowork Mrowisko (Cowork Anthill). It’s located inside a renovated apartment in an otherwise residential building, giving it a cozy “home away from home” vibe. The interior design is minimal, there are lots of plants, and the space is pet-friendly.
Users have access to a full kitchen, showers, and personal lockers, and there is an Airbnb for rent on-site. There’s also an emphasis on network building, with a member Slack channel, plus social and learning events to attend. The office is owned by a lovely couple, who’ve obviously put their heart into creating this space and get lots of praise for their hospitality.

Coworking Rynek 28
Source: Rynek 28 Facebook
Located in the dead center of Old Town, Krakow is the stunning office space of Coworking Rynek 28. With speeds of up to 1Gbps, it easily has the best internet on our list. The gorgeous interior design is only outmatched by the view of the city center from the windows. This is also one of the few places that offer standing desks.
The downside is that the place is small and what you see in the photo are pretty much all of the desk spaces. It also works on corporate, Monday to Friday working hours, meaning you could end up without a desk unless you book in advance.

Office&Coworking Zamkowa 2a
Source: Office&Cowork website
This coworking space is the second Office&Cowork place on our list. The building is located in Zamkowa 2a/2 street (Castle Street), hence the name. It’s located in an otherwise residential area, right across the Vistula river from the city center.
Although modest in size, it is housed inside a gorgeous apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom at your disposal.
Basic refreshments, including water, tea, and coffee, are free. There’s a vending machine on-site, and you can order high-quality catering. The place is pet-friendly, you can use free parking on the premise, and members have access to everything 24/7. It’s relatively small compared to other coworking spaces but definitely worth checking out, especially if you live nearby.

Rise.PL Fabryczna Office Park
Source: Rise.Pl Facebook
Rise.PL has six office spaces located in Krakow. Our favorite one is inside the Fabryczna Office Park, the biggest eco-friendly business center in the city. The office space is huge, the biggest on this list. It’s full of excellent amenities on-site, such as:
- Restaurant and cafe
- Gym
- Pool table
- Library
- Board and arcade games
- Showers
- Outdoor terrace
- Meditation room, and more
The high ceiling and excellent ventilation system give the space plenty of air, and large windows let lots of sunlight inside. The only issue, if we can call it that, is that everything might be a bit too big. An office space this large, mostly covered in glass, and full of people, can be a little overwhelming when you’re trying to focus. Other than that, we highly recommend this coworking space.

Yolk CoWorking
Source: Yolk
Yolk CoWorking is one of the newest office spaces on our list, having opened its doors in 2020. Small, but noteworthy, it’s located close to the city center. This originally apartment space was reinvented into an office and is filled with state-of-the-art work equipment. The interior has a minimalistic design, with wood being the primary material, and there are lots of plants breathing air into the area.
Members have access to the space 24/7 by using a cool phone app to unlock the smart door. We only wish there was more space, as everything else in Yolk CoWorking is great, especially the coffee.

Rise.PL 65A Krolewska

Another office worth mentioning under the Rise.PL brand is the one on 65A Krolewska street. Green is the theme of this one, as it’s the main color used in the interior, and the space is full of plants. The two floors it spans on offer a large number of hot desks, a few smaller private office spaces, and event rooms. Members enjoy access to free:
- Water
- Coffee
- Tea
- Snacks
Similar to other Rise facilities, they host a decent amount of learning and social events to keep you occupied when you’re not working.

Iterators Cowork Krakow
Source: Iterators Cowork Facebook
Another space that recently opened its doors is the Iterators Cowork Krakow.
The place is so new, it doesn’t have a website or location on Google Maps yet. The interior is much cozier than similar options of this size, and it heavily reminds of cowork cafes, rather than corporate offices. It also has slightly lower prices than other spaces nearby. The owners are friendly and seem to want to build something of their own. We wish them the best of luck on this journey. For anyone looking for a laid black space to get some work done, check out their office at Jozefa Sarego 12/2 street, right next to the city center.

These Are the Two Coworking Spaces We Didn’t Like in Krakow
Creative Coworking
Source: Creative Coworking
Creative Coworking is one of the oldest shared workspaces in Krakow, and it shows.
As it stands, there is nothing wrong with it, and we can’t necessarily say it’s bad. Still, there are much better options that outclass this space, even at a similar price range. It doesn’t help that Creative Coworking is also located way outside inner city perimeters, making it harder to reach. If you’re staying nearby and want to use a cheap but tolerable coworking space short term, go for it. Otherwise, just go somewhere else.

Regus Office
The global rental brand Regus has over 3,000 office spaces worldwide, with six currently operational in Krakow.
We firmly believe you should avoid all of them in this city. But how come we’ve recommended Regus for other destinations, but this time we’re saying stay away? That’s because there are so many greater options at a much better price range and agreement terms. Regus offers nothing you can’t find in other places, on top of only serving long-term contracts (12/24 months) and more or less hiding the prices behind negotiation. For these reasons, the company is obsolete when it comes to coworking in Krakow.
