Airbnb Ireland – Castles, Villas and Quirky Rentals

I am very late to the party, I know. I only had my first Airbnb (free credit if you click this link!) experience a few months ago and now I can’t stop raving about it. I also used Airbnb in the Maldives – allowing me to make my dream of traveling to paradise a reality. Besides the fact that using Airbnb seems to be much cheaper than the nearest hotel (and sometimes even hostels) in any city you go to, what really amazes me is the incredible quality of the rentals.

I mean some of these places look like they have been taken out of a luxury travel magazine, the type where you can barely afford to buy the magazine let alone stay in the white carpet pent house with panoramic views of the ocean!

To make up for my tardiness and to show all the other people out there that have yet to fall in love with Airbnb (yes, that’s YOU!) just how amazing it is, I want to show you the quality of Airbnb Ireland rentals available to you by showing you the best Dublin has to offer! Need help planning your Ireland trip? Here are a few must visit places!

Can you imagine staying in an a traditional Irish cottage with a lovely open fire and the whole place to yourself? Or maybe you prefer the city lights and would like to stay in an old Georgian house in the centre of Dublin? Or something a little livelier such as a musicians studio in Temple Bar? The choice is pretty endless when it comes to Airbnb rentals in Dublin, with a wide range of rentals available all dependent on the size of your budget!

If you have not signed up to Airbnb yet, be sure to sign up here using this €35 Airbnb discount code. (It’s win win for both of us as I get free credit AND you get free credit!) Hooray!

Right, enough time wasting. Let’s take a look at some of the nicest Airbnb rentals available and then I would love you to let me know why you would ever dream of staying in a hotel over some of these beauties!

  1. I actually just got back from Ireland, where we did an all AirBnB trip–and we stayed in the castle you mentioned. 🙂 It was just as cool as you’d probably think, and Peter (the guy who’s restored the tower literally stone by stone) is a fantastic host!
